What's Included
- During your initial consultation, you'll be guided through a comprehensive analysis of your current health concerns, healthy history, nutritional and lifestyle factors, and any current pathology or functional testing results.
- You will receive a personalised treatment plan that includes health goals, dietary & lifestyle interventions, any further testing to undergo, as well as nutritional and herbal medicine support.
- During follow up consultations, your practitioner will assess treatment progress including analysis of any further pathology and functional testing results, monitoring of nutritional and herbal supplementation, and specialised guidance in achieving dietary, lifestyle and health goals.
Tier Two - Level Up

- The Deep Dive - 1 x 60 min 1:1 session with Georgia to gain a personalised 6-month roadmap outlining your health goals, functional testing, supplement plan, and targeted diet and lifestyle shifts.
- Monthly Strategy Sessions - 5 x 45 min 1:1 sessions with Georgia to assess your progress, analyse results, and fine-tune your plan with precision.
- Monthly Collective Calls - 6 x 60 min group sessions with Georgia that blend mindset, self-discovery, and action to bridge the gap between who you are now and who you’re becoming.
- The Level Up Community - Continuous access, guided by Georgia and your Level Up cohort. A members-only space with accountability, guided prompts, founder voice notes, and support from like-minded women within the Level Up community.

What ways can I work with the team?
There's two ways to work with us at Hormone Health Studio:
Tier 1: The Clinic - work with our team of expert degree-qualified Naturopaths.
Tier 2: Level Up - work directly with our founder Georgia Hartmann in a 6-month transformation.

Level Up will be commencing February 2026 and you can join the waitlist above. This program is by application only.
Are the sessions online or in-person?
All of our consultations are held online. This means you can connect with your practitioner from the comfort of your own home—no matter where you’re located. We’ve found that online appointments offer flexibility and convenience without compromising the quality of care.
Level Up is also conducted online.
For local clients here in Newcastle Australia, please know we are currently looking for our next in-person space.

Do I need a referral to see the team?
No referral is needed to see one of our Naturopaths. You’re welcome to book online at any time.
What happens in an Initial Consultation in The Clinic?
Your initial consultation is all about getting to know you. Your practitioner will go through your health history in detail, explore your current symptoms, and start to uncover what might be driving your concerns.
From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan which may include dietary and lifestyle modifications, herbal and/or nutritional medicine, and any functional testing recommendations.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plan options for all consultations. Our payment plan option allows you to pay a deposit then the remaining installments over a period of time.
You can also pay in installments for Level Up.
Are supplements and testing included in the price of consultations?
Any supplements, herbal medicines, and testing recommendations are an additional investment.
Where do I send test results?
You can email test results and any questions directly to hello@hormonehealthstudio.com. Please send test results 72 hours before your appointment to allow time for your practitioner to review.
In regards to questions, please be mindful that longer, more in depth complex questions may require a consultation.
Do you see males and children, or just females?
While our clinic has a strong focus on women’s hormonal health, we see many males and children! Feel free to email us with a little info about your situation and we’ll let you know how we can help.
Level Up is mainly focused for women.
