Do I need a referral to see the team?
No referral is needed to see one of our naturopaths. You’re welcome to book directly at any time - no GP or specialist referral required.
What happens in our first appointment?
Your initial consultation is all about getting to know you. We’ll go through your health history in detail, explore your current symptoms, and start to uncover what might be driving your hormonal imbalance. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan, which may include dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal or nutritional medicine, and any recommended testing.
Are the sessions online or in-person?
All of our consultations are held online. This means you can connect with your practitioner from the comfort of your own home—no matter where you’re located. We’ve found that online appointments offer flexibility and convenience without compromising the quality of care.
In saying that, we are currently looking for our next in-person space so keep a look out for details.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plan options for programs and packages. Our payment plan option allows you to pay a deposit then the remaining installments over a period of time.
Where do I send test results or questions?
You can email test results, forms, or any questions directly tohello@hormonehealthstudio.com. Please send test results 72 hours before your appointment to allow time for your practitioner to review. Please note, our admin team monitors emails regularly, and your practitioner will review anything relevant ahead of your appointment.
Do you see males and children, or just females?
While our clinic has a strong focus on women’s hormonal health, we absolutely see males and children! Feel free to email us with a little info about your situation and we’ll let you know how we can help.
