The Feel Good program is for women ready to break free from the cycle of exhaustion and dieting. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or simply looking to feel energised and confident again, this program meets you where you are and empowers you to thrive.
How is the Feel Good program program different?
The Feel Good program isn’t about quick fixes or crash diets. It’s a holistic, sustainable approach that goes beyond calorie counting - helping you shift weight, improve your energy, and make it last for the long term.
Do I need to count calories?
While the program helps you understand your calorie needs, it goes far beyond that. The Feel Good program uncovers the deeper factors - like hormones, inflammation, gut health, quality nutrition, stress, sleep, nutrient deficiencies, metabolism - that may be affecting your progress, giving you the tools for lasting change.
Can I do this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes! There is a dedicated module that provides general advice on how to adapt the program while pregnant or breastfeeding. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare practitioner for personalised recommendations.
Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?
This program is all about flexibility and ease. You’ll receive a 4-week meal plan that strikes the perfect balance between variety and simple, repeatable meals. The goal is to equip you with the knowledge to fuel your body in a way that works for you - without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.
What kind of support will I get?
This is a self-paced online program, but you’re never alone! You’ll receive motivational emails throughout the program to keep you inspired and on track as you transform your energy and body. You'll also be added into our Feel Good program community which is full of other program members on a similar journey. You can comment, ask questions, encourage each other, enter challenges, share your experience and chat to me while navigating your way through.
Is a consultation with one of your Naturopaths included in the program?
Consultations and supplement advice are not included in the program, but discounted consultations are available if you’d like personalised support from our team of Naturopaths. Please get in touch to arrange.
Can I do this program while vegan or vegetarian?
There is a strong emphasis on protein in the Feel Good program. While I have provided vegetarian alternatives in each recipe, the meal plan is not suitable for a strictly vegan diet.
