An initial consultation is for all new patients. All consultations are conducted online via Zoom, allowing you to experience a professional consultation in the comfort of your own home (and pyjamas).
You will receive a personalised treatment plan that includes health goals, dietary, lifestyle and any further testing recommendations, as well as nutritional and herbal medicine support. A follow up consultation will be organised at the cessation of your appointment.

A follow up consultation assesses treatment progress including analysis of any further pathology and functional testing results, monitoring of nutritional and herbal supplementation, and specialised guidance in achieving dietary, lifestyle and health goals.
