Ingredients 2 cups rolled oats 120g raw macadamias, roughly chopped 200g raw almonds, roughly chopped 3 tbsp coconut oil 4 tbsp almond butter Method Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsiusIn a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, macadamias, almonds, coconut oil, almond butter and honey.Pour into a lined baking dish and pat down so the mix is highly compact. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before placing in the fridge overnight. In the morning, slice into 10 even bars and transfer into an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy 1 bar as a snack or 2 as an on-the-go breakfast.
