Apple, Pear & Berry Oats

Great source of fibre, protein & antioxidants that will keep you feeling satisfied. (And support healthy hormone metabolism). You can prep this tonight for tomorrows breakfast! 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (almond or hazelnut works great)
  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey 
  • 1 pear, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Method

  1. Heat rolled oats on the stove with coconut milk for 3-5 minutes. 
  2. Top with nut butter, honey, pear, apple and berries.
